Donnie Jarreau Companies said Wednesday it brokered the sale of a 1.4-acre tract in Pineville set for development as a retail center.
Donnie Jarreau said Petron LLC sold the land on U.S. 165 for $936,600 to Kimble Development of Pineville LLC.
Broker Kent Walker said Kimble Development will build a 20,000-square-foot retail center on the site that is set to open in time for this year's holiday shopping season. Walker said that more than 80 percent of the space is either preleased or under letters of intent.
