Kent Walker

Kent Walker has been with the Donnie Jarreau Companies team since 2005.  Before coming on board as Vice President of Development, Kent graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance at LSU.  He spent 15 years in the banking industry with Chase and Amsouth Banks - 7 of those years specializing in commercial real estate lending.  In 2008, Kent became a licensed commercial real estate agent.  His focus with the brokerage division will be sales and leasing of retail and office space, as well as sales of vacant land and multi-family properties.  Kent is currently a candidate for his CCIM designation, which he expects to secure in 2008.

Kent also remains in a vital project management role, with his hands in many other operations of our multi-faceted company - including land acquisition, site planning, budgeting, bidding, oversight of sales and marketing, closings, investor relations, locating funding, and coordination with all vendors, contractors, and city officials.

Kent's hobbies include running, snow skiing, and spending time with his family and friends.
